I'm still testing out the trial version of WAM, but will buy if this workaround continues to function. Basically, I just remove the passwords with WAM, upload the updated website, then replace the passwords. I know it's not ideal as it leaves the site exposed for a minute or two (not a problem for low-traffic sites like mine), but it works and is well worth it for the heightened security. Hope this helps anyone that wants the security but felt intimidated by a double VSD project workaround. All in all, great software!
