First of all, I have to say- I really like this software. More than what I could have ever imagined.

For my question, how can I change the font on the template email that goes out. It may be simple, but I just need a bit of help.

History for the reason I need to change the font.

I kept getting client complaints that they were not able to log into the password protected client site using the information in the (template) email I sent.

I now double verify client login info (I login in with their username and password). If I can get in I send the email.

I still get client complaint not able to login.

I looked at the email sent. Tried logging in and couldn't- even after I verified the username and password myself.

Well after much banging my head against the wall, I discovered the capital i looked like a lower case L.

With this discovery, I would like to change the default font to Times New Roman. How do I do this?
