Hi,
When I go to use access manager it gives an immediate error - "No root directory in FTP Tree"
I have Direct FTP.
How do I make a root directory?
Sorry, can't give out URL as page has sensitive medical info on it.
Help appreciated.
Ray
First post - easy question
When you are setting up your FTP settings, typically your root directory will be:
/public_html/
/public_html/

Thanks
but have in meantime solved the problem - it is basically a program glitch.
If, when you start up WAM, you click on the only accessible icon - Server Config - you get an immediate error message about the root file. What the error message should say is "Must set up New Website Profile First" Once the profile is set up the error message does not occur and off we go - works fine.
Would be nice if this were fixed as I doubt I will be the only pulling out hair over this!

Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
