Did you check the spam settings on the mail server and not just a client program? Log into your web mail and check the spam folders and spam settings. The email could be discarded by the server as junk mail.

Have checked the spam folders and spam settings - nothing untoward noticed.

No next here sorry, and if you don't get an answer sometime today or so I would suggest opening a ticket with Support and letting them assist you with it. You don't have to wait to do that of course so if it's an immediate help you need that would be the way to go, talk with support and they are usually pretty quick to get things working. Good luck on it :)

Submitted a ticket and the final response was "Some hosts have an option in the control panel to turn off automatic forwarding of emails. you might want to check on that."

Can't remember if that was the answer in the end !- it was 6+ months ago :|

Hey Bruce... I get the exact same thing as you. The test email comes through but I can't send anything else. Unfortunately all I was told by an advisor is "Get a Gmail account". I don't want another email account especially when the program should do what it should do. I'm going to keep messing about with the program and hope a "light" comes on somewhere.

This feature is still not working. I like the program but it would be nice if it worked as advertised, do you have an ETA for a correction?

I use that feature all the time Fred. I think it just depends on your provider. Give Gmail a try as well. I have great results with them.

Seems I made an error in the SMTP server entry..... needed to make sure it matched my email account details. (Sorry for tardy response..... had filed notifications of this thread in a "well buried" e-mail folder.)
