Hi Guys,
I did an apartment online application and it's driving me crazy because I can't figure out why I keep getting this error.
"Warning: [ err 2/line 391/config.cls.php] session_start(): open(/var/php_sessions/sess_475ffa951d106727c8841ce55d43df12, O_RDWR) failed: No such file or directory (2)
Can someone please tell me what I did wrong. The original form is on the link below, all the questions doesn't need to be answered just hit the submit button and it will tell you what questions are required to be answered, just put in any random answers.

Check with your hosting provider and insure that 'Sessions' are enabled.
