Morning, I am stuck. I am using VSD and WFB to run a site to gather and track data. I need a way to update the data being populated in the SQL database that is easy and can be embedded in my site. At this point my head is spinning. Need some help.

Your going to want a login script to protect the pages then you'll need a mysql pdo script to update the databases.
This page is pretty straight forward on the mysql stuff.

As far as the login script I would go with a ready built one.
