I have a form that is about 1-1/2 pages in length, as viewed on a PC screen. What I need to do, is to print a hard copy of this form that we could snail-mail to a few members that are still "computer free". They would complete the form "the old way", and mail it back to us.

If my form would fit on a single screen, then I could easily do a screen capture, and convert it to a printable document. But it is way too long.

Is there any other way to get the form to "print" to a PDF file, that would capture the complete form?
