Hello wonderful CC community. This one might be up here already but I cannot seem to find any detail.

Does anybody else experience a really long time (10 - 30 seconds) from when the 'Send Message' is clicked to when there is action on confirming that the message is sent?

If so, could anyone recommend any fixes? From what I've seen, mine are going through php8.2 and using GoDaddy as a host.

Any help is appreciated here.

It sounds like your internet connection might be an issue. Have you done a speed test to verify your connectivity?

Is the confirmation message a page on a website or one of those popup messages options.

I have a very slow internet here, the confirmation page is displayed very quickly (custom page or redirect to an URL)

The confirmation message (to the persons email who filled out the form) takes around the same time as you say you are experiencing,

I am based in Indonesia, and the website (including forms is in America)

If I use a website that is hosted here in Indonesia then the confirmation page and or message is displayed almost immediately.

Hi Eric, no issues with the internet connection. I am in Canada but the issue is reported on both of our two major internet providers and in different areas.

Speed tests show an extremely fast connection.

It does work so I'm truly grateful. But it's still really slow. Just tested and the form sits with no action for about 15 seconds before it redirected to a url.

I cannot test the form on the first link you showed, because I don't have a Canadian telephone number, however I can say that on both my mobile and desktop pc that website is very slow loading, as I said before I am in Indonesia with a very slow internet speed, but even so it still showed a distinct slowness compared to other websites I visit in Canada and the USA.
I would also say that the website isn't really fully responsive on mobile devices, (which of course doesn't effect the form confirmation speed displaying etc, ) but it does actually make it a bit difficult to get to the form and send it.

Havent tried the second link yet as it's very early morning here in Indonesia, I will try later.

A quick look at the second link example and the form took a good 30 seconds to load, still couldn't test it as telephone number not Canadian so yes there could be something amiss with your webform builder,
Have you tried re-installing it?

I cannot seem to duplicate the slow loading time on either of the sites. But I can fix that without issue.

The slow processing of the form is still a major issue as I've tested on other sites. Please use 4161234567 as a phone number when testing.

I'd appreciate a screenshot of any responsiveness issues you're seeing. Testing on 4 mobile phones, 2 tablets and 2 laptops have not shown any issues on my side.

Appreciate any feedback on the new issues also.

I am not sure if this would effect the page-loading speed for that page which could explain the percieved delay in the page displaying when the button on the contact page is selected.

As I mentioned before I am not sure if these errors on your pages would perhaps be causing the delays which could look like the form is not working properly, or if it is the form itself.but it could be a good place to start.
