MUAHAHAHAHA Jo's Gremlins are on Hazy's computer now! lol, seriously that's the kind of crap that happened to me all the time on my old computer.

So... not to beat a dead horse here but I've seen you say you've reinstalled a few times, checked the registry, but did you try running Ccleaner after uninstalling the program and then rebooting and reinstalling?

Might not help, but might be worth a try?

Thanks Scott - will grab it and see what happens.
Gremlins Jo Ann? I got another word for 'em. I'll try your suggestions and see what happens. It may be time for a wipe and reload but I REALLY don't look forward to that. May try an in-place fix first.
Thanks all.

Can I give them back please? I'm a nice guy - I bathe often and have cats. Besides, I gots a gremlin bell on my bike. Maybe I need one on my computer?
Anyway, still no luck. Did all the steps and also tried the older version - something on this system must be out of whack. I just have no idea. The obvious thing to do would be to remove any software I loaded recently, but the only change I've made is that I'm trying out IE10. I'm stumped.

Ding ding ding! We have a winner::D:D:D:D! Uninstalled IE10 since that was the last thing installed on this system and now everything works. I have no idea what the problem was but something was preventing the WFB from running properly. I think you might want to look into this since IE10 is going to be pushed pretty hard from MS and this may affect a lot of users - unless it was just the gremlins on my puter that the cats chased out.

Great! The only thing is I have Windows 8 and 7 both using IE 10 and have not had a single issue. ;(
