Weird iframe question

I have a client that is handling his marketing on his own (LocalIo used to be Reach local). They are saying that I need to change the iframe in Coffee Cups form.

Anyone have a clue how to do that?

Do I have to change the form provider that I am using?

Hi Byron,
What do you mean change the iframe? What issue are they having?
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

Local IO said that with their software on very rare occasions it can cause the form response not to go through.

Guess this isn't a popular subject! Ok, if I can't use Coffee Cup anybody have another solution?

Thanks

What about directing users directly to the form page instead of embedding?

I agree with Eric I do this for many of my clients. It works very well.

They are a Marketing company and they want the form on quite a few pages.

They say that rarely a form will conflict and not go through with their software.

Although I'm not exactly sure what you mean - what does directing to a form page? Don't I have to embed it in that page?

Send user directly to the myformname.html. You can use redirects or links depending on need.
Another option to rule out issues is to remove the script around the iframe and or use absolute links in the iframe code. Just things to try.
