I have a weird form error that I am getting on a new form I have loaded on a clients server, see if anyone has ever seen this before:

Did you upload the form manually using a ftp program, and if so did you set the folder with the form in it to have write permission?

Also make sure the actual directory exist if your using any data saving such as csv.
