Just so you know Bruce, it's not 'OUR' software, although we love it! We are users just like you. This is a forum for users. If you want to talk, or type, directly to CoffeeCup then you will need to open a 'support topic' in your support room. Just go to your name on the top right and scroll down to 'Your Support Room'.

That said, there are many spiffy (that's a technical term) users here who love to help out with problems. So don't be shy, just remember that we didn't create the programs, we just love them.

Well I will make it very clear the next time I log in here to get PRODUCT Support from Coffee House Software that I expect to be talking to them and NOT SOME PUBLIC FORUM ... Just so you know GUNSMOKE I NOMALLY DO NOT DO FORUM SUPPORT>>> I found this to be an unbelievably bad experience to get product support... It is a Great product but would have never asked for help from a FORUM... so I would like COFFEECUP to make it more clear to it's customers what is a FORUM and what is TECH SUPPORT...

In any case my issue was resolved by me ... unfortunately.... so thanks for the INSTRUCTIONS. I have never gotten in here in the past and I will do my best to stay away... Next time maybe someone could have told me I was not in the CoffeeCup Software Product Support Area... b

Hey Bruce

It is actually pretty well marked now. If you see /forums in the URL address by that shows you are in the forums.... ;)

The support room is https://www.coffeecup.com/help/myroom/

The url above has always been the way to get in touch with us. Not sure why you decided to post in the forums this time. What was that about? :)

These are users just like yourself who took time out of their day to respond to your questions. Yelling at them for offering free help is not really a nice way to say "thank you". They didn't have to respond to you, but they did. That in my book warrants at least a little bit of civility. ;)

GUNSMOKE, Eric, Scott and all others who have read my posts from today. I AM SORRY. Though I did not know that I was actually talking to anyone in the forum until contacted by Gunsmoke... my frustration was getting to the best of me on my problem. I realize that the problem was mine and mine only not yours.. For all you guys and people reading who attempted to help me again I am sorry.

I would also hope you would be sorry for even thinking to treat support this way at all let alone the forums. Support may be getting a paycheck, and may be working for CC, but that doesn't mean they should have to take the kind of abuse you put into this thread either. Just sayin :P
