WebFormBuilder : Better explanations...
Firstly, I would like to say that the support is first-rate and I have on several occasions had immediate replies to my queries.
However, I do feel that written explanations on your website for people who are not using RED are very thin on the ground. I do my own HTML and CSS and, having bought CC WebFormBuilder for a second time, I don't want to fork out extra for an email designer. It has been a struggle to get just a very basic form working and has taken me a fortnight at the rate of an hour or so a day. It would have been so much easier if there had been sufficient explanations for anyone not wishing to use RED. Perhaps that could be improved in the future.

Sorry, you are having problems locating this information. If you go back into the software under the Notifications and Confirm Email there is a "?" icon that will take you to this page:
http://www.coffeecup.com/help/articles/ … on-emails/
Just click the link at the top "Adding a Custom HTML template" and that walks you through how to make your HTML and CSS based template without needing RED. This functionality has been part of Web Form Builder since its first release.
Hopefully, that addresses the confusion, but if not, let us know.

Thank you, Scott. I hadn't found that page and have now bookmarked it for future reference. I had in fact worked it out by myself but this will certainly help to make things clearer.
When I click on create your template and insert my html then save, the software does NOT save it and is doesnt appear in the dropdown. In previous versions of the form builder it was a breeze to create the form and get the action and move on quickly. I need a quick solution to this issue.

Hi Joseph,
Click on the little green plus symbol at the bottom right of the confirmation or notification email tab. Select Add custom email template then Insert you html, enter a name and save.
