The form works well, except for when you are using a cell phone in portrait mode. It appears that the right side does not resize properly. Is there a way to correct this? You probably need to adjust the code that WFB generates have you put the form into a 'parent container? if so you could adjust the width at lower breakpoints

And while you are at it can you please consider changing the font colour on the form to stand out more from the background colour, and the page links on hover to something with more contrast very difficult for prople who maybe colour blind or have a visual impairment (me for instance.)

It looks like the iframe width is fixed. Did you use a responsive theme in Form Builder?
