Hello, I was trying to installed the new web form builder but some how is not being able to installed correctly, here is an image sample of the problem. What should I do??

- Most of these advise uninstalling the update.
- One site mentioned a conflict with other programs running in the background.
I think I'd turn off any security/anti-virus stuff and make sure there are no other programs running, then try to re-install.
This is a known issue with the security patch KB2918614 released on 12th August.
