WebForm Confirm Option not working...
Hi, I'm having a funny issue with Webform builder. I am finally updating some forms for a website and can't seem to get the Confirm Option to work properly.
This is the webpage in question:
http://supplymanagement.brc.ubc.ca/test … uests.html
1) The main problem is once the form is submitted I don't get the Confirm Option showing. This is selected in the software. I did have this originally go to a defined page but now want to use the built in Confirm Option (The default and first option in the software). This way the browser keeps the field data in the cache and users can use the back arrow to resubmit more items without having to enter personal info again. Anyways I can't seem to get the Confirm Option to work. It seems to easy to be a problem but maybe I'm overlooking something too obvious..? I have reset everything to default options as well but still no luck.
I have previously made another form sometime ago (don't know what version of the software this was but good chance it was an earlier version) here: http://www.ablab.ca/owh/OWH.php
This form works as expected and the way I would like the new one to work.
2) The second issue is at times the form is doing some funky resizing... For a split second the form is too large for the webpage and then resizes to fit. Also at other times the form extends beyond the page and ends up being to long. Never seen this on other websites or forms I've used so wondering if this is normal behaviour
Please feel free to test the forms to see exactly what I mean?
Thanks for the help!
Cheers, Mike

Try renaming the form without spaces in it.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

Thanks for the tip but removing spaces didn't help.
More info: I am working on two different servers. The working form on one and the non working forms on another. So...
I made a copy of the form that works and posted on the other server. With this I got the exact same problem. So it would seem there is no difference between the new and old forms other than perhaps the version of cc web form builder used. So I made another new one and posted on the same server with the working form and this does work. So there seems to be a server side issue or compatibility with the scripts? I did look at the permissions and tried setting everything to 777 but no resolution with that either.
To see what I mean:
Old working form (Fatcow Hosting):
http://www.ablab.ca/owh/
New form NOT working ( UBC Hosting):
http://supplymanagement.brc.ubc.ca/test2/
SAME New form as above but working (Fatcow Hosting):
http://www.ablab.ca/owh2/
Form contents are being dumped to a mysql DB but this works in all cases. Tables after first submission are generated in all cases also as they should...
Very confused

Ran info.php and the server were the Forms Confirm page isn't working is running php 5.3.3 So this should be good...
I would open a support topic with Coffeecup. You can pass then the php info. There is probably some other setting preventing the form from working and they should be able to help you with this. Just go to your name on the top right and scroll down to 'Your Support Room' to open a topic. Please post back here and let us know what the problem was if you get it working. It may help other users. Thanks.

I think you missing some files. I would make sure you have them all uploaded to the proper locations.
