is there a fix for this. Seems there are always problems in google

I just looked at both your forms. The first one (with black background) is being served from a cloud. The second one is being pulled directly from your website. The second one will be slower to load because of that. Can you elaborate by what you mean "won't work in Google"? Do you mean it won't work in Google Chrome the browser?
