I have been user Web Form Builder for a while now and never have problems until now.
For some reason when I export the form manually I get an error message about Windows running a script or something. I am using Windows 8. (which sucks)
I looked through the files and the problem is that the HTML file is coming up completely blank. I've even tried other forms that were working and when I open it and REexport it manually the HTML file is blank again. When I build a new form I do not get an error message about running scripts.
Anyway everything works fine if I rebuild a new form, but I don't want to have to rebuild a new form for every website I've done.
The error message is attached......

Microsoft has posted a fix on their website for that alert here at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/175500
Unfortunately once you see that alert, it may be too late and your form is corrupted and not repairable. If the form will not open after you fix that, you would need to restore the form from a backup.

I just made the form from scratch and it worked.
For some reason the .html file was completely blank. Just a bug I guess.
