Web Form Button Directs Page To Form...

Rank amateur in way over my head. I've designed my website and form and have managed to upload both.

As the thread title suggests, I'd prefer my pop-up web form to actually pop-up in a separate window and not carry my visitors away from the site.

I carefully reviewed a similar thread that Eric Rohloff responded to with some replacement html for another user with the same issue yet the script presently in my header appears to match his other than some Safari and Chrome directions.

My new website is: http://supplierqualityrep.com

The "Contact Us" button bottom center is my link to the form. It is S-form hosted.

I sure would appreciate any advice/suggestions any of guys can share with me!

Thanks in advance,

Todd

Hi Todd,
Lets try resaving your form without any spaces in the name. Then readd the header code and form scripts to your page and publish your site and form.
Edit: I found the problem.
Your link to your form is missing a critical part.

I would still redo the form and drop the spaces from the name.

I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

Thanks for responding so quickly Eric. I've removed the space from the form name, saved it, and reloaded it to S-drive after which I reinserted the header script and object 30 html link. Please don't take away from family time but later when you get a chance take another look to see if you see anything else that may be preventing the link from working as a pop up. I did go ahead and add both my site and the form to my pop-up allowed sites but it didn't change anything.

Regards,

How did you place the scripts in the head of your page? Their not in the proper position.
You should be going to "Edit" then "Edit Header" and add the scripts there.
ctrl + alt + h
