Hello

The form is not sending the notification email to the designated "to" email address and yes it is a valid address. It worked when I first built the form. All I did was change the email address from the test address to the actual address for the form to send the notification. Now it just will not send a notification that the form was filled. the confirmation email is working fine.

Any ideas of what might have went wrong? I host on Bluehost if that helps.

Thank you

Hi Tmax,
Have you checked the form directory for any error.log?
What email address domain do you have entered?
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

Hello Eric.

Thank you for the response.

I just look in the form folder and even in the root directory of the site, and I don't find any error logs. The address I have entered is an email based on the domain, @btlabsllc.com The domain is at Google, Google suite is used therefore they use Gmail to check their @btlabsllc.com mail. When I changed the name servers on the google domain to point to the Bluehost servers so the site would work, their email stopped working. Bluehost help me fix the MX records for the email and all was fine, they were able to receive their email and still are.

I tested the form on my own hosting, everything worked fine, I uploaded the form to the site and tried it again and that is when I ran into the issue. I have used Web Form Builder for several years now and never had this issue. at this point I am really not sure where to look. All addresses in the form are valid and reachable, I have made sure of that. The only field that does not send is the "To" field in the Form notification part . . . (You know the, "the somebody filled out your form" part.

Thanks for your help.

PS: Does Form Builder replace Web Form Builder and can I use it on my own servers and sites?

Thanks Eric, I did look at that page, and thought it might help. I am not sure what data I should change though . . . so I don't feel too comfy messing with it.

The PHP version was on 7.0 and the form was not working. I just starting using 7.4 today and still the same issue. Do you think that going to 7.3 will help? I tried the form on one of my subdomains at 1and1 which runs 7.4 and the form worked.

It's really weird because all the other email addresses on the form work on Bluehost, except the address for the Notification.

Here's how I found your php version.
http://btlabsllc.com/cont/btlabs%20cont … ertest.php
I guess I would open a support topic. There's must be a reason for the form not to work when it was working before. I would try one more time to go back to 7.0 as I see a few users had success with that.
I guess CC is aware but I have not confirmed that.
