I'm stuck, please help...
Ive downloaded the free trial of WFB Lite, & I've created my own customer satisfaction form..now what do i do..
I clicked settings/form publishing/ then entered my coffee account, then it asks me to claim a web address...so clicked that, then had to log in again to coffeecup, but now im stuck...

Click on publish at the top right. Then follow the instructions.

Is it OK to do that in the Free Trial version?

I think it's the only way. It will definitely ask you for your cc account info.
