I have uninstalled and reinstalled and that did not solve the issue..
Suggestions?

Some program that you installed in the past corrupted one of those keys we use. We are not sure what program it was that did that, but were able to track it down to a specific key.

Just to report.... Thank you for this fix. I had the same problem with my new installation of Web Form Builder. The patch you provided solved the problem.
