I do not know if anyone can assist me, but my visitors are having a problem submitting their forms. When they complete it, they receive an error reading (see attached). I have fixed these form several times. It will work again only for the problem to resurface 6 mos later. We have asked them to try on all of their devices and they still get the same error. Please assist.

Did your host recently upgrade your version of php to 7.3.13 ?
I wonder if that's the issue.
I did a test and the form submitted with no error showing up to doing the paypal payment

I do not know if they have upgraded it or not. But if they have what do I do now? Interestingly some can complete the form with no problem, but this month alone at least 10 clients have sent emails saying that they received the above error on both their phone and laptops.

I would open a support topic and see if the C Gurus can point you in the proper direction..
