Hi, I am using Web Form Builder and I am very happy with the programme but I am getting complaints from users that the forms dont display properly after completion. I have tested it and found that Chrome and Firefox display the confirmation that the form has been filled in properly but Explorer does not ( see attached screen prints) As users use different versions of browsers I can only assume that this problem applies to all Explorer versions. On Explorer the confirmation email is sent out but it does not disply on the screen and therefor users keep on submitting as they think it is not submitted. I notice on the bottom of the page Explorer states "error on page" Is there a way to fix this?

I have to agree with Shark here, I see no forms on your page that are created with the Form Builder. If you're talking about the PDF forms, then that could be the issue as the program is created for making "web" forms not offline PDF forms. Granted it can probably be done, but it wouldn't be an out of the box experience, it would most likely take a bit of extra scripts and codes to make it work in PDF files.

If you have a form somewhere else on the site, please give us a link to that exact page so we don't have to search for it.
