Well Gang...here is where we are at this point:
1) We know that the Godaddy.com "gdform.php" works.
2) I tried Prism's script on two different domains/hosts and I couldn't get it to work...so not sure if I am doing something wrong there or not. I am pretty sure it is correct and I used a to email address and a from email address...nothing.
3) I created a new webform and put a To Email, a From Email address and reply email address just like Scott's configuration and still did not work. This was also based on Chad's input and made a valid point...I had my fingers crossed that this would work.

I am at a loss here folks. One of the reasons I am really digging into this one is because for one it is a fairly large client and the other reason is that if this is happening to me...it is bound to happen or has had happen to someone else who hosts with Godaddy.com...so I am trying to get a head of the curve if there is one.

I will keep looking on the internet for some other answers...but this is really annoying for something that was and has been working no problem for month's. It has to be a Godaddy.com issue, but how the heck do I prove that...

Thanks,
Jared

Jared, is the email address you are using, hosted also on Godaddy? Have you tried sending the email to Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo or anything not hosted on Godaddy?

If you want, email me at scott@coffeecup.com with FTP access and I will run a few tests and see if I can figure out what is going on.

I just replied as well. ;)

The form I uploaded worked. What you have to do is customize your SMTP settings for your account. Follow these instructions and it will work.

Hi
Having read the many posts on problems with CC webform on Godaddy and it has helped me considerately....particularly with the 'From:' line and using the Godaddy webhost email.

I have another problem in that for the To: CC and BCC, the only email that works is a hotmail email address....my standard To was to "username"@optusnet.com.au and "username:@ozemail.com.au
I get the notification email at hotmail.com and the email also indicates it sent to optusnet.com.au and ozemail.com.au but it hasn't.

Can anyone shed light on this error?

The second email address looks invalid. You need to remove the colon : from the address.

Thank you for the reply however the colon was a typo in the post.

The attached file is a reply from the webform mailer that is received in my hotmail account (BCC)
It shows correct To and CC emails also sent however, these never arrive.

I have tried various forms with the hotmail address in To, CC and BCC and all work fine it is just the other emails (non-hotmail) that do not send.

This worked fine until recently changing the form information.
I have reviewed the mail requirements an changed PHP setting on GoDaddy to 5.3 but makes no differences.

You expert guidance is appreciated.

That to me sounds like a SPAM filter problem. If it works for Hotmail but not the others, that shows the scripts are working. By seeing them in the TO and CC it shows the email message was sent to those addresses. One thing to test to rule out any Godaddy problems is to publish your form to S-Drive. See if the email gets delivered that way.
