Hi folks, I get a 404 error when on the form after I click submit, I never get an email sent either...not sure what could be causing it.

Hi Scott, I have it setup for a confirmation message not a redirect...this shouldn't happen...any thoughts where else I might look?

Hmm...the php file is sitting in root of the website, so it should find it...could .htaccess have any impact on this?

The server was using suPHP which needed different permissions on files and folders, after speaking with support this has been resolved.
