Is there an easy way to view and modify the Notification and Auto-Response messages.
I'm not the greatest at "reading" HTML nor modifying it, but I would like the messages to have a particular format.

Sure. Just go to the Settings Menu > Configure email message. The settings are right there.

Just a word of caution. Changes here can have a dramatic impact on the delivery of email. If you break that HTML, that could cause your email not to be delivered. BEWARE!
