Buen dia. Soy de Mexico, desde hace unos años que manejo el WEB FORM BUILDER y me parece excelente, he abandonado mi ordenador por uno mas reciente, y descargue la version trial del WFB, pero antes de que se termine el periodo decidi actualizarlo. Me descarga un archivo .DMG, como puedo actualizar mi version trial? Saludos

DMG files are for Mac. Look for .exe files if you are on a Windows computer.

Es necesario descargar la versión para Windows de la actualización, el archivo DMG. es la versión para Mac. :)

Ok. Gracias por sus respuestas... ya descargue la version para Windows. Y esta funciona a la perfección, excelente software... Tengo una duda, cuando actualice por error a la version MAC, se reflejo un cobro y con la version Windows tambien. Ambos cobros se realizaron??? Yo no necesito la version MAC. que puedo hacer si se hicieron los cargo. O como saber si no se realizaron. Gracias

You should not be charged for just a download. But if you are not sure, send CC a support ticket. I'm sure someone there speaks Spanish.

abrir un ticket de soporte con CoffeeCup y decirles lo que pasó y ver si se le reembolsará la versión para Mac, que puede o no, pero no preguntar.

I have a form that was created with a previous version of form builder. I need to work on that form and am unable to open it with the latest version of form builder. Is there something that I need to do to open the older form in the new software?

Was the old form built with an older version of the HTML form builder, or the old FLASH version form builder? The FLASH version will not be compatible with the new version.

Good question. I have 2 forms both have the .fb extension. One of them I can edit without a problem. The other one looks like it opens but appears to be completely blank (white screen). I can publish it but the web page for the form is completely white.

PC or MAC? Any Apple product will not show a FLASH form without extra help. If you can give us a link we can look at the page and maybe see what the problem may be.

The fact that there is an .fb file I think means both are HTML. The one with the blank screen may just be missing some graphics. A link would help.
