Gunsmoke, I need your advice. I have developed this form, http://www.bryangroup.net/goatdeposit.htm but the goat tag numbers are not showing up when it goes through Paypal. So, the seller does not get the information of goats to hold for buyer. Can seller get the form information in addition to paypal info, or can the tag numbers be incorporated into the paypal notice to seller? Thanks for your help.

Yes! On the 'Email Notices' tab under settings, make sure you tick the first checkbox 'Notification Message' and put in YOUR email address. Then anyone who fills out your form, you will receive an email with ALL the information the user filled out. Only way you wouldn't get it, is if they didn't put it in.

If you want the user who fills out your form to get the same information, then check the 'Auto-response message' box and select the proper email from the drop down.

I may have read your post wrong there. If you want anyone else to get the info that is put on the form then just cc: the form information to them. Unfortunately when the form goes to PayPal then the information is dumped. You'd have to custom code something to keep it. But you should be able to get the form info to email to anyone you want.
