I am trying to design a form where the user inputs a number into a field which I would like to use as a label on another field. Is this possible?

If you want the values from a form entry this will give you them.

From there where and what you do with them is up to you. You can add,display or email. The Form Builder being used as a Data gatherer for calculations and display
