Hello. I am using Web Studio to build my websites. I built a form approximately one month ago and inserted it successfully on the page of my website. I believe I was using the form software program version 1.1. When I became aware of version 1.2 I deleted the previous version and downloaded 1.2. That is what I am currently using. Nonetheless, here is my problem: when I test a new form's functionality on the actual website -- when I click on the submit button -- there is a long pause and then the form disappears from the screen. My e-mail is through Hotmail. My website is hosted with Directnic and they confirmed that the server has PHP capability. I have read about "sendmail," something that Hotmail can configure, but I am not sure how this is set, or if it is the cause of the problem. Can someone offer a detailed solution? Thanks!

Try deleting all the form files manually from the sever then republish.

...forgot to add, I uploaded a new form to S-Drive and it runs perfectly on my site's page : www.stevecepelloartist.com/Contact (Form is fine on S-Drive)

But.... the problem I described above still remains -- any form I try to upload to my own server (at Directnic) is not reaching my e-mail account at Hotmail.

Did you enter your email address in the from box in the form settings?
