Echo that . They may have a corrupt PHP/Apache install on the server. The functions that Scott mentions appear to be standard php ones. If you are stuck still I can give you the name of a host that bends to their customers whims. S_Drive could host your forms. No problems there.

Greetings,
I just built my first form, integrated it to the website, uploaded files etc. (I am not using S-Drive) yet I have the same issue as the initial poster. See screen cap.
I just checked and my server is using php 5.4
I have programming knowledge (mainly css, html, some php) yet am not very experienced with forms, hence I got Formbuilder.
Please can you explain what I have to modify in the config.inc.php file? (I checked documentation yet haven't find any mentioning of it)
Thank you in advance!
Katrin

The problem here is you have PHP 4.4.9, but the minimum requirement is PHP 5.3. Contact your hosting provider and they should be able to fix that for you.

I changed that, tested form, receive the notification with what was submitted yet another error message appears at the same time, see screen cap.
I called support yet the lady just said the script is incorrect (and they can't assist with that)

That is a permission issue. You are probably logging to MySQL or CSV. With an FTP client, change the permissions of the folder called "storage" to 755 for that folder and all folders under it.

I found the folder "storage" as one of the generated files, however, for some reason that folder couldn't get uploaded via (html editor's) ftp. Once I created it manually on the server it showed automatically the correct permission and the form worked.
Super, thank you very much!

I think this is in the works to be fixed.
The editor doesn't upload empty directories.
