All I get is "please select".
(I have been able to select an email response template.)
The software keeps asking me to select a recipient before I can publish my form. As a result, I am unable to publish.

UPDATE: I deleted the email confirm entries, and was able to publish, but without the ability to confirm by email.

Did you add an email element to your form?
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
