Unable to access Themes in both Lite...

During form building, everything works fine except Themes which in both versions just appears as a black box with nothing in it when Themes button is pressed..

I would download and reinstall again just to rule out a bad file.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

You don't need the lite version. Which one did you install last?
