Hello,
I want to have the personal data request only shown after the customer has answered two other questions. So I made a rule that the personal data request is not shown before. But this does not work because if I put a rule on the email field I won't be able to send a confirmation email to the customer, it is disabled in the options. To show the personal data request only when filled out the other two questions, I could make a second form which is then loaded. But how can I get the data into the second form? So that the customer and I receive one confirmation email?
Thank you for help.

Hi Sylvia,
I would use the custom redirect option that the Form Builder has and grab the $_SESSION $_POST variables and carry them to the second form and use some custom code to prefill inputs with the variables. These values my be hidden or read only so the user can't change them if needed. You'll nee to do some coding but it's not to hard once you grasp the concepts. Let us know if you need any further help setting this up.
This thread explains a little about grabbing the variables.
