I finally got the client I've been dealing with email issues on to change hosting servers yaaaay. The forms are working fine now I believe, and all the emails are getting to those that should get them etc. So now we're only left with one issue.
The From email when you get the email from both the Notification and the Response are coming directly from the server account rather than the domain account email that is specified in the settings of the software. For our purposes of the Notification email it's not that big of a deal what email address it comes from, but it would be nice if it showed the person's email instead of the server's account address.
For the user though it would be nice if the client's account name didn't show up with the server domain as the From address as it is kind of confusing.

The [email1] is correctly in place for both of the places it needs to be according to that article. All the settings are correctly input into the software for that matter same as I've used for years with no issues. I'm stumped on this one and couldn't find any articles that went any further than the one above.
The replies do go to the right place so if we hit reply, be it the notification or the response to the user, the correct reply address does show up in the email address box so the forms and emails are "functioning" correctly, just the aesthetics of the wrong email addresses showing in the From address needs addressing.
Any ideas what I can do to fix this would be appreciated.
