As Frank is saying, I'm just a CC user like yourself. I've been here for approx. 15 years. I also test some of the programmes when there is a new build, not WFB though. Because of the testing, I keep in touch with some of the staff members, and I asked about your case. I got reply that CC does not support custom scripts.
The main tech guy seems to be getting back to work next week, to a pile of work waiting for him.
