Keith, can you open a support ticket for this and attach your .FB file so I can take a look at the settings please?

Can you try this please. Open the software, add any element and then try and click the themes icon and see if that helps.


Does not make any difference. Basically ther is a 15 sec delay before themes appear.

Did not have a problem with previous version.

For those of you having this Theme issue, can you please post this information:

1. Operating System + Service Pack
2. Internet Explorer version
3. 32-bit or 64-bit operating system
4. Are you logged in as a limited user or administrative user.
5. What Anti-Virus and Firewall programs do you have running?

2. IE9 (which I seldom use, FFx7 which I do use)
3. 32 bit
4. Admin

This ought to be an option WITHIN the programme, not that you have to go in through the back door, so to speak.
