This seems like it would be simple, but I am not sure how to do it.
The big picture is I have a Text link on my webpage that I need to open a simple form. Optimally, the form would pop up. The only fields would be Name and Email. On Submit, I need that to kick the field data over to storage (most likely Mail Chimp), close the form, and open the Flipbook.
I can't find anything in the forums, but I can't imagine that I am the only one who needs the form to do more than get info.

Something like that could be achieved using web form build

You would make the simple form ith just the Email address and then when they pressed send (or OPEN PAGE)

The confirmation page address (in settings would be the link to the sample page (s)

You could also do something similar using the Form elements built into Site Designer
I am a bit tied up for a few more days (idhul fitri) holidays here, running my family around visiting family and friends.
If nobody has come up with a way I will try do an example step by step next week.

I hadn't gotten to folowing up on this. Right now, my forms are working great. On Submit they are sending to MailChimp, and opening the Flipbook. The only flaw I have is that the Flipbooks are thinking that the form container is the page and so it is opening in that smaller space. It does have the Expand option, so I'm letting it go for now. I would like to figure out how to get it to open to the page size, though.
