Is there a way to test out the payments aspect of a form without doing a live transaction?

Thanks,

There is a way, but it gets complicated, and i have seen people wasting an awful lot of time and hair pulling trying to get something else they dont understand working

I have two Paypal accounts, i just make a trial 10P purchase, costs 20p in paypal fees

you can re fund the transaction in paypal, and get the fees back, and its good practice so you know how to do it when its required by a client anyway

The other way i believe is using sandbox

I'll put up Sandbox instructions later if anybody needs them. I've been testing quite a bit lately.
I would agree that PayPal could refine their instructions a little.;)

Will the instructions be different than the link you suggested earlier in this thread?

The instructions in the link are for setting the form builder to be able to test in the Sandbox. The instructions I would be willing to write would be how to setup a sandbox account.:)

Oh I see... guess one needs the sandbox account... I am in for that one... at your leisure!

Instructions would be much appreciated... if you can find the time between building lightboxes and slideshows
Thanks Eric!
