I tested my form on the IE9 and it doesn't work, it shows a blank space. It works fine on other browsers.

I get the same when you use the IE9 preview in CC . When I look at the form in the actual browser it shows just fine. Maybe this is what is happening?

If you want someone to look into the matter for you, we need an URL. It looks by your number of posts that you have been in these forums before and maybe posted the URL earlier, but we can't wade through all the posts that come in to see if we might spot it.

Previews for the menu and calendar and pretty much anything else that CC software creates show up just fine in the HTML Editor preview windows. If they are not showing up then you most likely have something incorrectly placed in your code. Link please as has already been asked

I think pk is having problems with the local preview that is given to you as an option when you export your form. It ask if you want to open in Explorer.
It seems that pk see's no issues on live form.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.
