Surely just do save as and re name form, then publish to /test so Eric and others can test it for you.

I can't publish it publicly as it contains confidential info. It is surely something they know it's doing. I'm going to have to give up on CoffeeCup software, I guess. It's something in the software itself, but they won't answer? I'm very disappointed. It's an elementary issue for whoever wrote it. :(

How is anybody even CC themselves going to help you if you can't provide an example of the form. Can't you upload a form that has all the sensitive material removed to a unprotected directory?:)

What do you mean by "but they won't answer"? You have only opened single support ticket and that was in 2009! Stick to the facts. ;)

I meant answer in here. Your personal attack is uncalled for. I thought you answered in the forum as that's where I've seen you deal with other questions. Obviously, the code is what it is. I've wasted enough time. The facts are all that I have posted. Very insulting.

If it's any help, the one I just created does this

when submit is pressed, it takes you to a blank page, only if you scroll up do you see the paypal button!

ETA taken off the form payments option now, too complicated with different prices to different people!
