Submit Confirm Message stopped...

I have created a basic email form with the new Web Form Builder which was working just fine, however, the confirm message has suddenly stopped displaying when the submit is pressed. I have checked the Confirm page and the Confirmation message is still checked. Can you tell me what could have happened ? How do I fix this?

I got the confirmation message after submit.
Try hitting ctrl+f5.
