Was reading on other threads but my problem a bit different or the answers were quite old.
The form submit button doesn't show up but functions. Its a clients hosting - Hostgator

Hi Bryon,
When I usually have trouble with the images not showing up is when when I upload the images in ASCII instead of binary. Give that a try to see if that take of the problem.
