Hi,
my customer asks for the following:
- As subject he wants to have one of the elements integrated, for example "Registration" and then for what special course the registration is (this is one of the fields to be filled out in the form).
- As "from" he wants the email address of the sender.
Are these two things possible?
Thank you very much.
Subject and from who the mail was...
Hiya Sylvia,
To do the Subject:
1. Go into your form settings and in the area where you set up either the Notification message or the Auto-Response message (depending on which one he wants to setup this way).
2. Click the "Configure Email Message" button for that particular message.
3. Put your cursor into the "Subject" box at the top of that window.
4. Use the drop down at the bottom to choose the field(s) you want to put into the Subject line or type any message you want in that line and that will then become the subject line.
NOTE: don't forget to put spaces between the fields so they don't run together with the characters.
For the From email you need to make sure that the email address field is not hidden for any conditional rules. As long as that isn't hidden you should be able to use the little arrow at the right of the Reply-To box to choose the email field. Keep in mind that you need to have an email field setup first before trying to do the setting on the email part.
Hope that helps

Hi Jo,
thank you - that works very fine. One can also put [xy_email] in the "From" field and additional in the "Reply to" field.
Have a nice day
