Ran into a strange occurrence tonight. I set up a WFB form to store submitted data in a database. I submitted the data, and it stored it in the database just like it was supposed to.

I went back to the form and submitted different data. Instead of adding a new record, it overwrote the old one. If I open a new privacy window in Firefox and submit, it adds a new record.

Why is WFB overwriting records and how do I get it to not do so?

That's very odd. Did you try submitting the form more than twice? FB is setup to only add records to a database.Iit could be a cache issue. A support Topic might be a good choice if you can still replicate the issue.

Assuming this is a SQL DB...Did you try a different browser? FF does some interesting things. I have a SQL back-ending 2 WFB forms, tried FF, Chrome and Edge with no issues in both regular and private. Is it possible the the DB got corrupted? You could try rebuilding / repairing the table. Typically under the maintenance functions.

We did some private testing and it did the same thing to me when I submitted it. I think it's the version of php that's being ran. I'm waiting for Brian to try down grading it.

Just for reference, my server is running PHP 7.3 (ea-php73)

Looks like it's a cache cookie issue. Waiting on test results from Brian after adding a script to the form.
