I have an order form that collects order information from customers.

I sub out some of the work described in that form data.

I'd like to maintain a complete record for myself but allow my subs to have access to form data that has had some of the field information excluded (the sensitive customer data excluded)

Any ideas on how I should approach this ? Easy methods ? More involved methods ?
