Sorry Guys - Another Cant Connect to...
I have a working form but cannot connect to my database (Yep, that old chestnut again)
I have read as many previous posts as I could find.
I have not created any tables - I'm confident WFB will do it once it connects
I have entered all the database details into the 'Settings' tab - the only thing I haven't altered is the 'Port' setting. Its at default 3306.
I have contacted my hosting provider (one.com) who said perhaps I'm trying to connect to the database externally. I told them that as far as I'm aware all the PHP scripting is done on my server although there is a crossdomain to S Drive where I believe the form resides ????
I queried the port setting and they have informed me they do not allow custom port settings.
I have looked in the 'Storage' folder and sub folders and there is nothing but HTaccess files, Folder and sub-folders are all set 755.
What do I try next guys ?

Where is your form actually located? If your form is hosted on Coffee Cup S drive they do not allowed connect to the data base. You need to put your form on your own server for the files go to the data base.
ARRRGGGHHHH - Schoolboy error I guess
I was still using the 'Publish' button as I would in Shopping Cart Creator etc as well as exporting.
Ignored the Publish button, just exported and it connected first go, no problems, database table created and populated.
Big smile, faith restored in Coffeecup products.
Thats the easy part done, now I need a visual back-end for viewing the data, if only WFB had this built in or as an add-on it would be the perfect tool for me.

If you have Excel or use Google Docs, it is really easy to view your data, you just need to use the Import feature then in the dialog box, type the full web address to your data file (the csv file WFB makes).
In Excel, it works super well and you can just use the Refresh All button to update the sheet. I've found it best to leave the workbook you import too as is and use another workbook to make formulas and such to gain some useful details about your data. I use the highlight row feature to mark the row Green once I confirm payment has been received, Yellow for awaiting payment, etc...
Not the best, but it works pretty great for me right now.
Good luck!
