Hi. We just had 2 calls from folks (Schools), that say they nothing happens when they hit the submit button on our order form?

They say, it doesn't go past the form page? Could it be the school firewall? Why is it work for some and not all?
How do we fix this?

The version you are running on your server is 2.1.5051 which is considerably old. The latest version is 2.5. I would start by first installing the latest version and exporting/upload the updated form and see if that helps.
