Set up the form files outside of the...

I am going to be setting up different forms on different pages that are all in the same directory at http://www.mulhollandsecurity.com.

As a test to get things going, I made my first form at http://www.mulhollandsecurity.com/security/test3.html/

As I am thinking that, if I were to make several of these forms and have them all in the same directory, it could get a bit messy, I made a new directory off of the root and named it mailchimp.

I uploaded all the files that were created by webform builder to that directory.

Than I revised the code that is put into the page thusly:

<script type="text/javascript">document.write(unescape("%3Ciframe id=\"fb_iframe\" src="http://mulhollandsecurity.com/mailchimp/MulhollandCCTV.php" + window.location.search + "\" width=\"502\" height=\"711\"allowtransparency=\"true\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"%3E&lt;a href="http://mulhollandsecurity.com/mailchimp/MulhollandCCTV.php" title=\"MulhollandCCTV\"&gt;Check out my CoffeeCup Form&lt;/a&gt;%3C/iframe%3E"));</script>
<noscript>
<iframe width="502" height="711" style="border:none; background:transparent; overflow:hidden;"
id="fb_iframe" src="http://mulhollandsecurity.com/mailchimp/MulhollandCCTV/MulhollandCCTV.html">
&lt;a href="http://mulhollandsecurity.com/mailchimp/MulhollandCCTV.php" title="MulhollandCCTV"&gt;Check out my
CoffeeCup Form&lt;/a&gt;
</iframe>
</noscript>

I guess that I must have revised this incorrectly in one fashion or another as the form is not showing up.

I wonder if you could also help me with one other thing about this.

The only text field that I see available in maichimp has a character limit of 254. I have attempted to associate this field with webform builder's text area, but the wizard won't allow it. Is there anyway I can coax a higher character number out of mailchimp's text field, associate it with wfb's text field and heighten the box?

Hi Dan,
Can you provide a link to that actual form?
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

yes, here it is:

http://www.mulhollandsecurity.com/security/test3.html/

You won't see the form on the page. As I mentioned, it does not show.

But you will see it in the "View Source"

Can you tell me the actual name that you saved your form as in Form Builder?

Scott,

the above links are not pages, they are the locations of the files. This is in response to Eric Rohloff's question. Eric, the name of the form as save in wfb is MulhollandCCTV.fb

Those files though are not there and that is what you are referencing in your markup. You need to fix that for everything to work. Sounds to me like you are not uploading them to the correct folder on your server.

Here ia pic of filezilla showing where I am uploading it. Seems to be just as I have it in the path. I admit there are holes in my knowledge of all this, but I was pretty sure that I got all this right.
